Medicine X is all about simplifying how patients understand their illness. By doctors for patients, viewers of Medicine X's Xplained series of digital picture books can learn the ins-and-outs of their diagnosis on illnesses from Crohn's disease to Alzheimer's and migraines to gastroparesis. I ran their social media department, which housed over 270,000 patients all interacting with doctors and one another in private and moderated chat rooms. To keep all of my staffers operating on the same practices, Medicine X commissioned me to produce an official "Playbook", a technical guide outlining best practices, protocols, and procedures in often-seen scenarios in our 24/7 department.

Medicine X Social Media Playbook

After growing the Medicine X Social Team from 2 members to 6 in less than a year (with plans to expand further), a guide was needed to protect our clients and our team from potential misteps while interacting with our fans. This "Playbook" defines the purpose of Social Team and lays out why our thousands of followers and fans keep coming back to interact in our digital spaces day after day.
